If additional message segments are necessary for your installation please contact your Scribe account manager. Please provide Scribe with a sample of your ADT messages along with your HL7 version information so that we can correctly setup your interface. We will contact you with questions regarding any deviations from standards in your messages so that we can properly receive your information.
ADT Transfer Notes In order to match physician’s with the sending ADT institution, Scribe needs a dictionary of your physician ids to match with our Scribe UserIDs. This will allow us to show only those patient visits that are applicable to a particular physician to that physician. Additional Information If you require additional information please contact your Scribe account manager.
