Documents Load Slowly in Scribe

Problem:

 

My Word documents seem to load slowly in Scribe. Is there anything I can do to speed this up?

 

 

Probable Cause:

 

 

Solution:

 

1.Before loading Scribe, load your local version of Word, then leave it minimized. This will allow Word-based documents to load more quickly in Scribe.

 

2.It is also a good idea to delete cookies and temporary internet files

         (including off-line content) frequently.

These remedies should improve the speed of document downloading.
