Dictation Number:  1-866-727-4231

Main Menu:

-press [#] to skip prompt

-press [#] to end

During Dictation:

-press [4] to rewind 3 seconds

-press [5] to pause recording

-press [#] to end your dictation

After Dictation:

-press [1 for STAT/Normal (press [5] for STAT, press [1] again for Normal, etc...)

-press [2] to dictate a new record

-press [3] to play from beginning

-press [7] to cancel

-press [8] to hear the dictation ID again

-press [#] to end your call.

Note: To record your name in your own voice, in order to replace the TTS (Text To Speech) generated recording of your name:

Dial into the Dictation number and when you would normally begin dictating, press  [ * ] and speak your name. The next time you dial into the system, you will hear your name as you recorded it.

Generic Customer Process:

1. To access system dial 1-866-727-4231.

2. Enter User ID followed by the [#] key

3. Enter Your Pin. If your account uses templates (with numbers assigned in the library) the system will prompt you to enter the template number followed by the [#]. You may choose to skip this prompt by pressing [#].

4. If you have chosen other customizations to your dictation menu, the system will prompt you to enter this information as well (for a full list of available customizations, see Chapter 4, Phone System, or contact customerservice@scribe.com to schedule time to discuss phone customization).

5  Begin your dictation after the tone.  Press [#] to end dictation.

6. You’ll be given a confirmation number upon completion of each dictation.  Save this number for your records (press [*] to repeat the confirmation number).

7. Follow the phone prompts to select the Turn Around Time for your dictation (STAT or Normal). To record a new dictation, press [2].

Note:  by pressing [#] key you can bypass each voice prompt.
