With a Scribe Inbound Schedule Integration, entering Patient and Visit info is as simple as clicking a button.
Click the “To Do” button at the bottom of any screen to go to the current day’s schedule.
Click on any patient and the visit information is automatically added to the Dictation File, returning you to the Transcription Information Screen.
Use the “Select Date” button to select another day’s schedule info.
The “Today To Do” button shows today’s patients not yet dictated for. Click the patient to dictate and when the dictation is finished, the patient is removed from the “Today To Do” list. |

Even if you clear all Patient Visits from your “Today to Do” list, you may still access visit information for any patient by simply clicking the “Select Date” button, choosing the desired date, and clicking “Find Patients” |

If No Visits are available for the selected date, this will be indicated on the screen. |
