Templates
The use of templates in the transcription process can provide many benefits to both Physician and Transcriptionist. Benefits include:

| • | Greater speed and efficiency in document production |
| • | Incorporation of Custom Letterhead and Graphics directly in the document |
| • | Auto fill "tags" can be used to pull patient information automatically into the document, reducing or eliminating demographic errors in documents (available when an Inbound Integration is present - see Inbound/Outbound Integrations Overview) |
| • | Potential for cost savings to the Physician practise (contact your Scribe representative for more information on reducing transcription costs through the use of templates). |
Creation of templates for new customers is often included in the customer setup. Once the new practise is "launched" Scribe can provide training for your practise's staff on creation of new templates.
