Editing Archived Transcriptions

Problem:

I need to make edits to an archived transcription.

Solution:

Only users with appropriate permissions may edit an archived transcription.  Users whose permissions do not allow for the editing of Archived documents may request that Scribe Customer Service move a record back to the Physicians' Inbox, where it can again be edited. Check with your group's Administrator if you have questions regarding your organization's policies on editing Archived documents.

Archived transcriptions cannot be rejected back to the MT queue from the MD platform, as they have already been approved. If you must move an Archived record back to
