Lost Right Click Function

Problem:

 

I lost the right-click feature while in the 3rd page editor of the MT platform.   How can I correct this?

 

Probable Cause:

 

When in Scribe and on the 3rd page of MT Editor, if a minimized Word page is maximized the MT will lose the right click feature. The Word page MUST remain minimized in order for the right-click feature to continue to function. The MT can not simply switch between the windows while working.

 

Solution:

 

1.Save the Word document in Scribe while still in the 3rd page.

 

2.Go back to the 2nd page.

 

Minimize Word.

 

 3.        Go back to the 3rd page to continue working.

 

 

Resolution:

 

The right click feature should now function properly.
