Malicious Script Detected

Problem:

I get a “Malicious script detected” message each time I try to open a document in Scribe.

Probable Cause:

The message may look like this:

Scribe uses a script to communicate with Microsoft Word. Your local firewall or internet security program will try to block any script from running as a security measure.

Solution:

Resolution:

This will enable the Scribe control to function.  You will not see this message again. Your firewall will continue to block other potentially harmful scripts from running.
