Section 1: Open Patient Chart via the Schedule tab
Login to Scribe. Your will “My Files” page will open.
Click on the Schedule tab to open the Schedule.
1. Select your search parameters find the desired Patient visit. Click “Search” to search the Schedule.
2. Select the desired Patient Visit by clicking on the Visit ID hyperlink……………….
3. And then click on the Visit ID hyperlink again, which will take you to the Visit Summary Page in PatientChart
When the Visit ID hyperlink is clicked, the Summary Page for the selected Visit will open.
