Problem:

 

I have received a run-time error:  Run-time Error – Scribe InetWord – 2147221248 (80040100) Automation error.

 

Probable Cause:

 

 

Solution:

 

The typical solution to this problem is to reboot your computer.  If you do not want to reboot:

 

1.Terminate each instance of Internet Explorer that hosted Inetword.
2.Terminate each WINWORD process from task manager.

 

Resolution:

 

Either of the above solutions should resolve the run-time error problem.
