Scribe Documents Loading Slowly

If you are experiencing slowness in loading documents to the MT platform, it is a good idea to test the connection between your internet service provider (ISP) and Scribe.
 

1.Test the connection between your ISP and Scribe.
Go to the start menu on your computer and select "Run."
Type in “cmd ” and hit "OK."
Type in “tracert www.scribe.com ” and hit "Enter."

If any of the numbers that come up are over 50 milliseconds, contact your ISP about slow connectivity.

 

2.Go to www.speedtest.net.
Select the server closet to you (usually hilited as a yellow pyramid)
This will run the test. You should have at least 1 MB (1000 kbps) of throughput.

If there is not at least 1MB of throughput, contact your ISP.
