Scribe Text Prints on Documents

Problem:

 

The Scribe logo and Scribe website address print in the document header/footer.

 

Solution:

 

If the Scribe name and website address are printing in your document header and footer, please do the following:

 

1.Go into Internet Explorer > File > Page Setup.
a.From there, delete anything that is in the header and footer fields
b.Select: OK.

 

Resolution:

 

This should remove the Scribe logo and website address permanently.
