Hotkeys will occasionally function erratically if an MTE has toolbars other than the standard Internet Explorer Toolbars enabled in their browser.

If the hotkeys are not functioning as expected, it is recommended to disable all additional toolbars (such as Yahoo, Google, etc.) as some of the hotkey combinations may enable commands for those toolbars.
