Once you have run your Volume Report, click on the Snapshot Report Tab, and your Snapshot Report will automatically generate, with the same criteria previously chosen. You may also change the criteria within this window, and click Generate to generate a new report.
This report shows where each transcription for the given time period is - MT (Transcribing), MD (Inbox) or AP (Archive).
Recorded shows the number of dictation files uploaded to the platform for the selected time period.
MT shows the number of files typed
QA is not applicable to Scribe Lite and will always show "0".
MD shows the number of files finished and sent to the dictating user's Inbox.
AP shows the number of finished reports that have been Approved into the Archive by the MD.
