For users with permission to “view reports” for their Scribe group, the “Reports” tab will be active, and can be clicked on to generate a number of different report types.
SNAPSHOT REPORT – Shows the number of dictations done compared to the number of transcriptions finished for a selected time period AND shows where those reports currently reside.
This report can be run for the selected group by:
| • | All Users or by individual users |
| • | With Detail by User or Group |
| • | For any selected Date Range ("For the Period Starting/Ending...") |
Click “Generate” to run your report.
Dictations – Number of dictations done for a specified time period (if a Physician dictates more than one patient report in a single phone or handheld file, this number may be lower than the final number of reports produced overall).
Reports – number of transcriptions for the selected time period (some of these may have been created but not yet finished by the MT).
Transcription - still being typed by MT
QA – being checked by the Transcription Company for errors
Inbox – typed and in the Physician Inbox and awaiting final edits and Approval
Approved – finished and signed (if e-signature is used) and residing in the Physician’s Archive
