Templates are forms created for insertion into user or group's Scribe Library, for use by the MT (or by the Physician's office, as in the case of Patient Chart).
Using templates have benefits in terms of:
| • | Creating a standardized look and feel for documents |
| • | Letterhead for the practise can be incorporated into the document |
| • | When the practice's appointment schedule is integrated with Scribe, templates can be created that will auto-populate with patient demographic information, saving time and reducing errors in data entry. |
