Audio Files Disappeared

Problem:

 

An audio file disappeared when I moved it to the “sent” folder.

 

Probable Cause:

 

Sometimes when using the DS 3300 software, if documents are moved from one folder to another, they may disappear.

 

Solution:

 

If that happens,

 

1.Make sure you are using software version 4.5.2 or higher.

 

2.Then make sure that all patches have been applied.  Information on downloading patches specific to your software version can be found in Chapter 3: Dictation Setup - DSS & Player Pro Software - Required Patches

 

Resolution:

 

This should allow you to move files without losing them.
