Uploading from DS300

Problem:

I am having problems uploading from DS 300, 2300, 3000 or 3300.

Probable Cause:

If you are having problems with the Olympus handheld software, it is important to apply all of the patches suggested by the manufacturer.

Solution:

Use the attached web link to take you to the support site for Olympus, and download the patches that correspond to your version of the software.
