Files Not Transmitting to Scribe

Problem:

The files I have downloaded from my Olympus 3300 handheld recorder are not transmitting to Scribe.

Probable Cause:

There is most likely an issue with the MS Outlook program.

Solution:

Make sure you have downloaded all necessary patches from the software (see link).

If you have completed step 1. and still find that your files are not transmitting to Scribe, there is most likely an issue with the MS Outlook program.

You should have a qualified IT person at your site troubleshoot Outlook. Uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook might be required.
