Problem:

 

I am experiencing problems with the quality of my transcriptions.

 

Solution:

 

You can attempt to address this issue directly with the transcriptionist who typed your report:

 

1.Use the "Reject" button located above the records in your MD Inbox. This

will give you the opportunity to provide direct, specific feedback to the MT

and the MT company who produces your transcriptions.

Using the “Reject” function is the fastest and most direct way to address quality issues.
