For users with permission to “view reports” for their Scribe group, the “Reports” tab will be active, and can be clicked on to generate a number of different report types.
When all parameters are set, click "Generate" to generate the report.
QUALITY REPORT – This report allows the user to view transcription quality, based on number of reports rejected back to the MT for retyping.
This report can be run for the selected group by:
| • | All Users or by individual users |
| • | With Detail by User, Group or Report type |
| • | For any selected Date Range ("For the Period Starting/Ending...") |
Click “Generate” to run your report.
The report shows total number of reports and lines generated for the selected date range, and then shows number of reports rejected by the MD to the MT for retyping, as well as percent of reports rejected.
