Reports Tab

Running reports helps a clearer, more objective picture of transcription volume, quality, and work flow time for your group.

Individual descriptions of the kinds of reports available can be found by clicking on the links below.

Volume Report - shows the number of transcriptions for the selected group for a given time period.

Snapshot Report - shows the number of dictations done compared to the number of transcriptions finished for a selected time period.

Cycle Time Report - shows the amount of time elapsed at each stage of the process, from dictation through approval.

Quality Report - allows the user to view transcription quality, based on number of reports rejected back to the MT for retyping.

Visit schedule Report - allows the user to view both the Dictating user's visit schedule, as well as dictations missing for the visits.
